Summary: Things That Are Destroying Jane Greene's Undead Social Life Before It Can Ever Begin: 1) A twelve-year-old brother who's convinced she's a zombie. 2) Parents who are begging her to turn them into vampires. 3)The pet goldfish she accidentally turns instead. 4) Weird superpowers that let her rip the heads off of every other vampire she meets. (Sounds cool, but it doesn't win you many friends.) 5) A psychotic vampire creator who's using her to carry out a plan for world domination. And finally: 6) A seriously ripped vampire hunter who either wants to stake her or make out with her. Not sure which. Being an undead, eternally pasty fifteen-year-old isn't quite the sexy, brooding, angst-fest Jane always imagined... Helen Keeble's riotous novel combines the humour of Vladimir Tod with Ally Carter's spot-on teen voice. With a one-of-a-kind vampire mythology and an irresistibly relatable undead heroine, this uproarious page-turner will leave readers bloo

REVIEW: Ten By Gretchen McNeil

Summary: SHHHH! Don't spread the word! Three-day special weekend. Party at White Rock House on Henry Island. You do NOT want to miss it. It was suppose to be the weekend of their lives - an exclusive house party on Henry Island. Best friends Meg and Minnie each have their reasons for being there (which involve T.J., the school's most eligible bachelor) and look forward to three glorious days of boys, booze and fun-filled  luxury. But what they expect is definitely not what they get, and what starts out as fun turns dark and twisted after the discovery of a DVD with a sinister message:  Vengeance is mine . Suddenly people are dying, and with a storm raging, the teens are cut off from the outside world. No electricity, no phones, no internet, and a ferry that isn't scheduled to return for two days. As the deaths become more violent and the teens turn on each other, can Meg find the killer before more people die? Or is the killer closer to her than she could ever imagine? Titl

Kate Grable is horrified to find out that the football coach has given the team steroids. Worse yet, the steriods are having an unexpected effect, turning hot gridiron hunks into mindless flesh-eating zombies. No one is safe--not her cute crush Aaron, not her dorky brother, Jonah... not even Kate! She's got to find an antidote--before her entire high school ends up eating each other. So Kate, her best girlfriend, Rocky, and Aaron stage a frantic battle to save their town... and stay hormonally human. Okay, firstly, as always, the cover. I love the cover. Its simple... but easily captured my attention. However I have, after reading the book, been  struggling  about the association of the book and the cover, maybe its to do with her having a huge chunk of her lip being eaten by her zombie ex? Who know

What she doesn't know yet is that someone close to her is an evil demon that only she has the supernatural power to defeat. She needs to work out who it is - and fast! Because although there's something very attractive about the dark side... dating a demon? Pure hell! Title:  Shadows Author:  Amy Meredith Series: Dark Touch- 1 Publisher: Red Fox Date of Release: April 1st 2010 Pages: 240 Review: Firstly I must mention the cover. It is wonderful! It gives such a dark and mysterious element to the book. It captured my attention straight away and after reading the blurb... I couldn't WAIT to read it. Eve Evergold is a sassy 15-year-old rich teen, she has the social life of a celebrity and the clothes of... a rich teen. She has a shopping addiction (like many) and an amazing best friend, Jess, of which they share 'telefrendic' (yeah I know, they have made up a lot of words for an arra
